2002 Silverton 352 Motor Yacht

Fresh water only, available with survey from 2022.

Settle Down has two Crusader 454 8.1L, 385HP gas engines with ~700 hours on each motor as well as a Kohler 7.3KW generator with ~450 hours.

The exterior has been cleaned/scrubbed bi-weekly during the season, all maintenance has been kept up annually (i.e. oil changes on engines/generator, fuel filters, clean sea strainers, winterized, etc.). The flybridge bimini and canvas enclosure will need replacement soon.

She has cherry cabinetry throughout with two staterooms, two heads with the aft head attached to the aft stateroom with a dry/separated shower. 

Galley has corian countertops with a large Norcold AC fridge/freezer, two burner electric stove with oven, microwave, and a good sized single sink. 

Connected to the galley is the saloon with a wraparound table and then kitty corner is a mid-sized, couch that converts into a full-sized bed.

Recently replaced Norcold fridge/freezer combo, freshwater pump, added all new anodes, new rudder packing glands since 2022.

The seller has a log of trips, receipts, and a spreadsheet that has a vast number of items that can be found in manuals and by perusing the boat that will be send/sold with the boat. It includes items such as the type of hot water heater (10.5 gal atwood) to the wattage draw on all on-board electronics.
